Payment Security Policy

You can pay for your order with:

1. International payment cards Visa, MasterCard, MIR.

2. Through the Fast Payment System.

3. Yandex Pay.

Payments are processed through a secure connection using TLS 1.2 protocol. Best2pay complies with international PCI DSS requirements for secure card information processing. Your confidential payment details (card details, registration information, etc.) are not sent to the website; they are processed by the Best2pay processing center and are fully protected. No one, including the website KUPITRIP, can access the payer’s banking and personal details.

In case of service refusal, the paid amount for the service will be refunded within 10 days (Article 22 of the RF Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” N 2300-1 of 07.02 – hereinafter Law No. 2300-1).

Service cancellation is only possible before booking the flight tickets sent to your email. Refunds are made to the same bank card used for payment.
